Aaron Rumney Question about Cleveland

I agree with that, in addition to making the market, (for whatever reason) the bulk of the population in some areas seem to have very little value for a decent well kept up house.Letting their neighborhoods (and the interiors of the houses) fall into complete disrepair. When investors go in they tend to bring the houses up to a minimum living standard for a poor person, and also up to some some pretty nice features, LVP, new cabinets, fresh carpet, etc...Guy's like James Wise and the 60 people who rely on him for their payroll every week make their daily bread from these investors. To me he seems honest and straight forward, I cannot see why anyone would put him or his company down.Plus he can take some pretty unpleasant things and make videos about them that are informative and entertaining, and in some of the areas where packing a "shootin' iron" seems like a good thing to do.Just my 2 cents.

Abigail Kilgore Is the decision I want to make too risky?
10 July 2019 | 24 replies
The only thing is that I would still have this huge debt burden(personal not the property) that makes it hard to go with that decision.I guess I thinking if I am able to clear all that and still have around 50k to start fresh then my mental well being would be healthier:) I could also use that money for a down payment down there as well.I also have some taxes that are on a payment plan that it would take care of as well.

Unlike leads you can order online from a generic website, I can guarantee that the leads I pull are fresh (60 days or less), off market, and I use a ranking system to determine which sellers are most motivated based off of factors such as the executor of the property living in a different state and the amount of siblings the house has been inherited by.
