If you don't have it you can call your insurance company and ask them to email you the declarations pageRecent Mortgage Statement:2 Different Utility Bills: Gas, Electric, Cell Phone Bill, Cable, Garbage, any two utility bills.Copy of Mortgage Note all pages: Was included in your closing documents when you purchased the home.

With this info in hand you can determine if it makes sense to move forward or call it a day.  

I don't think I have enough capital/credit history to purchase a property through the LLC, I would purchase it under my own name.

In 2022, I purchased 10+ single family and small multifamily properties.  

Property Address, 2, Property Purchase Price, FICO Score, # of Rentals currently owned, Property Annual Taxes and Insurance, (IF a refinance, estimated value and purchase date), and if you own a primary or not. 5.
