That is a mixed signal and tells me they do not have well defined goals set.Set your goal first, then create the strategy to achieve that goal.. it’s like the freeways you would take to get to your final destination on a toad trip (Disneyland).. the freeway is the strategy and the goal is Disneyland .

I've seen mixed feelings of selling when people do or do not want to inherit tenants so I was looking for some opinions on the following: - Sell now figuring remodel will be done upon closing allowing the new owner to pick tenant - Wait to sell until renter is in place and advertise as a "turn key with renters in place"The complex has been professionally managed and I'm thinking sale price would be about $220k.Thanks!

If you rely on contractors for materials, ideas there is a good likelihood he will mix your project with others make you pay expensive items that should belong to another customer.

Existing properties you can have fully stabilized properties, half stabilized, completely vacant, etc.Some give no cash flow upfront, some give a mix of cash and equity upside, others have little cash flow but much more upside on the back end.
