What are some great title companies in DFW area?

We were "driving for dollars" and found a house in our neighborhood that has all the signs of neglect: tall grass, exterior needs painted, no deck on the back and sliding door is sealed off.

In need of paint and landscaping.

Gov assist tenants go where they are accepted, which is usually the bottom of the barrel, or where the landlord chooses to make a killing on Section 8. 

Worst case scenario, she chooses to move out and I find another tenant for $2,700/month!

The tenant did not paint match the white walls so you can see the mismatch in the living room below. 

I would tell her no and suggest that she can get out of her lease if she chooses.
