Selling house to Tenant
We have a townhouse that we are selling to the current tenant. We are not using an agent so that I could give her a better price and still get the equity out of it that I wanted. I think agents are great and have value, but we felt comfortable moving forward without one. I am filling out a RepC agreement and will get that signed and everything. My question is, should I find the title insurance company or is that the buyers responsibility? Outside of the RepC should I be doing anything else to make the process smooth? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
