New to albany, recently closed on multi-unit property in Center Square. 

I've jogged north and south from Center City and got to see firsthand the changes.

No change needed on my part, no one coming into my apartment to collect, and no going to the community laundry center.

Check out The Real Estate Center at TexasA&M's website for detailed market info like appreciation, median price, median income, etc. 

My thought is that with the new Dollar General and PetSmart Distribution Centers, the Chicken factory in Fredericksburg, etc, that there should be people looking for housing in the area.  

If you were wanting to get into vacation property, which I know nothing about, I'd suspect you would want something that offers a spectacular view and close proximity to city activity (Fox theater, Washington St, Soulard, Arch, Busch Stadium/Ballpark Village, Savvis Center, etc.).

Sellers could sell house for more if they include a vehicle or furniture or some valuable w/ the house.Make sure client houses are staged so they sell faster & for more.
