By tax card I assume you mean tax appraisal and the answer would be the only thing you should really look at is the tax rate, any special assessments, the recorded owner, and if the appraisal is too high and in need of an appeal.

The insurance on this property has been more so a torn in my side than anything, i bought the property when i was active duty in the military, had a normal insurance policy on the house, when i moved out and rented it i called USAA and asked them to give me coverage to rent the property to a family member, because at the time i had a family member living with me and they were taking over the property and paying me rent.

FYI I just confirmation back from Eliot Bencuya at Streitwise that they do only have 1 property now "and that concentration is a risk, we are currently actively pursuing additional properties and do intend on acquiring, over time, a diversified portfolio of quality office properties".
