Prefabs in my book are such a terrific lower cost alternative and desperately needed.

Essentially you can rent it for 3 years and then sell with no capital gains treatment.

I might pay more at auction for Elvis Presley's Caddy, but the value before that auction is measured to all other like cars.Every service has a value and the basis of that value is viewed from an economic, accounting and legal standpoint as to what an alternative service would command in that market place.

You really need a good exit plan, along with alternate exits if the firs plan doesn't work out.

Sure, if you switch to a rental as an alternate exit strategy you would switch entities it, but that should be the exception.
