How should I convince my husband?

Hi all, My husband who is an Alzheimer's patient is showing mood changes at times. He used to get out from the house and lose his way in the middle. I don’t know how to handle him and thinking of contacting any Alzheimer's patient care service. One of my friends suggested Prestige care in California, he ensured me that they will provide assisted living care facilities with 24 hours nursing care. But my husband is not ready to get treatment from any nursing care. What should I do? How should I convince him? Please, advice me.
