That is the state that you will be paying tax in AND registering each year in.The LLC is for protection, that mean you need to consider that doing too many activities underneath it can be treated that you were not acting as though it is an independent entity.

I believe the best way to find a mentor is through building relationships and showing experienced investors that you have the tools to make a good student and can offer them something in return.Stay active on BP, attend local REIA meetings, and talk to as many people as possible about real estate investing.
