A couple thoughts, maybe some red flags:1. 

Like if the numbers on the form looked shady and there were red flags or gaps, I would probably walk.2) Ask for more information and connect the dots.

IE.... follow this step by step guide to find the perfect investment house for client A.So you may find a rock star agent at any of them and you will find the "part time on weekends dabble in looking at the classifieds in the paper to see if something jumps out" type agents.

If the house has not been previously insulated - it wasn't when built - I would blow-in either dense packed cellulose or rock wool, then hang sheetrock.  

I’ve seen real estate companies work hard on getting actual reviews from I won’t say the name of it but has red letters and sounds like help.

. , given the red brick background in your pic and given you're from JAX, NC, looks like you're standing in front of a HQ building or Chow Hall on Camp Lejeune, so I'll tone down my response to you.

All of this is really a red herring though.

They are worried about property value, length of ownership, and more properties going into the red.
