@Ryan Murdock enjoy the Alaskan experience and I hope you get to make some good RE investments.

I've seen investors struck home run terms with private money because they were able to find good people and build relationships, but there are also people who've had terrible experiences and even been scammed.

Maybe start of as an analyst and/or assistant PM just get jumpstart my experience.

Also, in your experience, which metric do you find most important when evaluating an investment property?

Most people who househack use that as an opportunity to gain experience into managing a property for themselves.

You need to vet them for what they are bringing to the table (cash/project management experience/contractors/etc.)A good hard money company that can work with investors on the loan and/or construction costs.

In my experience, toilets are the culprit 90% of the time.

If you do have some experience wholesaling and you want to give it a try at wholesaling Listed properties.
