Those big windows in the shower are very poorly placed... they ALWAYS end up leaking at the sill creating all kinds of wet rot inside the wall, plus they're a privacy problem.We replaced them with a "gun slit" approx. 30"-48" wide and 6"-10" high, centered in the wall.

made digital signatures legal valid signatures.However, a digital signature cannot be notarized - the nature of a notary is a person to person verification and ID check making sure the person signing the doc is who they say they are and they are putting pen to paper in front of the notary.Some documents cannot be digitally signed - Sometimes this is law, sometimes it is policy of whoever / whatever administers the document or the intent of the document.Examples:a purchase contract can be digitally signedFHA will allow buyers to digitally sign some disclosures, but sellers have to wet sign.You can't digitally sign a deed - because it has to be notarized.

Obviously its manufactured wood so i know its going to take a beating but i guess that's just something I've got to work on and mature as i try to evaluate decisions more from a business stand point and not from the perspective of living there myself.For the kitchen i did actually go for real plywood cabinets because i didn't want to invest in something that I would have to then replace in two years after it got wet and started to swell and break down like the IKEA and other particle board options so that wasn't so bad.Now for the issue of bandit signs I can't lie they are definitely NOT allowed in my area.
