Three of mine have an age related theme...Sunrise, Young and Memory.

I’m sure you could rent it out on the weekends for weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, company group outings, etc...

That seems to be the theme of things around here. 

@Karan Malhotra I think @Jay Hinrichs and I are on different pages of the same book.I was probably getting too far in to the weeds to stick with the "general requirements" theme @Timothy Albright set up.I was simply putting the info out there that a hard money lender is going to require some "skin in the game".

When redoing this house the two themes I would like to stick with for this home are durability and ease of cleaning.  

Is this a common theme?

I think any generic thing you can do to make it a comfortable hangout spot without any wild themes would be fine.

I am thinking of the following themes: Abundance, prosperity, improving quality of life/neighborhoods/properties, integrity.

Nice boardwalk with a water and theme park.

I actually teach classes around the country and in Australia on this and sadly it is a very common theme that I wish there was more help.
