Has anyone purchased homes off of auction sites or even in person?

They seem mostly suited for off-site wall segments production and I have to wonder about the economic viability in real-world projects. 

Joseph,Bigger Pockets is the best site on the internet to build a newtork and get all the hlep you need to avoid mistakes and save money! 

That means that you will need to get those particular ducks in a row before you get rolling.Also, sites like Taskrabbit.com has a lot of folks on there that can help get things put together, setup the spaces etc.

Browse the site for ownership information that may suggest a buyer’s intent.

There's a ton of posts on this site mentioning the use of LLC's.

I tried check in recently with Hilany, Frank, Rick about my refund they promised -- emails bounce, site down.

thanks for that so is 1.5% bad bc that's what that person messaged me  there is no regulation on Transactional funding basically its whatever you can negotiate.. 1% is the going rate from most.. some will be higher some will be lower.. just google around for TF funding and and talk to a number of those funders to find your best deal.there are half a dozen of these folks or so on BP that do provide this service maybe they will catch this thread or maybe you do some snooping around on the site and find them.
