I'd suggest continuing to visit areas you're interested in and really pounding the pavement, every time we visit a new part of the Poconos we learn more and discover communities nobody told us about.

I went to visit a "Turn Key" property that was apparently rent ready, per the listing.

It is appealing to me because it seems like a great place to visit a few times a year and also to bring the family on a holiday every year.

I have one under contract in the Kissimmee area right now so that will be a test for me as that will be a once or twice per year visit as well.
