The amount of effort and moving parts behind the scenes to acquire, properly rehab, go through inspection, issue a warranty, place a good tenant, and manage that tenant properly is utterly GARGANTUAN. 

While I got you here I need to ask....What would cause a shot blasted epoxy floor to discolor with a chilled water hydronic leak.

What does the BP community suggest we do to get this seller to chill out and let us inspect the house we really like.
