Short answer, Being able to adapt to a more virtual real estate world is definitely going to make and break many real estates professionally across the board from Investors, agents, Pms, Lenders...

I’m definitely not the expert on anything just trying have a discussion on how to do better and how we adapt to our new situation with the government overstepping.

Does the city service provide multiple DHCP addresses or just one to the universal wireless adapter?

We own multiple properties, and we use a property management company that does a fantastic job at maintaining this properties, our assigned manager is very responsive, and very well adapt at handling the tenants and any problem that might arise.

It is even more expensive to try to find another tenant, that will need to adapt the premises for the new business.

@Krista PorterConstruction shouldn't be effected you see city construction and homes still being built even inspections are adapting.

We're trying to adapt to this crisis and create win-win situations.
