I personally advocate using paid traffic for means of canceling leads.Many will argue motivated sellers aren't on the internet looking due to the fact of their age.

I understand that rural has the possibility to have lower traffic.

Also you shouldn't have an issue near O'Hare, because there's always traffic there.

It' not in a high traffic area, so the only people that would see the sign are residents in the neighborhood.

There should be a ton of growth around it where you know national tenants will pay a premium per sq ft to make it pencil with development land,construction,legal,labor, and loan costs.Sometimes I will look at that range for an acre but it is the (money shot) right in front of a new Costco at the hard pin corner red light with high traffic counts.

They then determined in the appraisal that the 'extra' value of building the new traffic improvement would increase their property value by 1M!

if your airbnb is in a heavy traffic area and you plan to be using this rental as an airbnb for a while, I would craiglist a replacement TV for $200 and call it a day. but tell the guest to give you a superb review for not burning his a$$

@Paul Choi are you thinking: identify folks who traffic in multifamily / small apartments and contact them to see if they have any other deals etc?

we hire a biologist.. its a required report.. there are baseline studies showing the habitat locations that the next step identify and see how close we are to a major habitat..then you have the normal wet land studies traffic  etc etc.
