I am not one to look for handouts but these are my biggest concerns right now.

I think I now I will ask for $25-50 application to be applied to deposit and hand out a tenant selection criteria.

I think I need to act as a professional and get some inexpensive business cards to hand out for potential networking opportunities to collaborate.

For instance if you place properties in a LLC and for example if a tenant sues you for some reason it will give you a layer of protection.Also when you set up a LLC with an attorney you can spell out all of the equity and ownership percentages so when tax time comes it will be easy for your accountant to hand out K-1 to those involved.

I'm not looking for a handout just to get pointed in the right direction.

I would like to create a website that I can put on my business card to hand out to investors.

Who among us hasn't been had by someone holding a sign, or asking for a handout.  

Spend the darn money; don't be cheap and look for a BP handout. 

I am sure you have something of value to offer, even if it is just the ability to hand out door hangers or manual labor.
