I love the idea of an REI study group, sounds great.For groups,  I like Capital REI, there is no upselling, and it's filled with vast experience levels.I have not tired either of these but a lot of people recommend the CAZA, and Traction REI groups. 

Marketing and the sales side is an interesting analytical proposition, and we're trying everything to get traction.

It might take years to gain traction.

Traction REIA holds a monthly meeting in Tysons/Falls Church, but they are more traditional in that they are usually pushing a product or a system. 

If you can swing it buy more than one property at each duty station to get better traction with the housing officer ( let me know if you need a partner to make this happen i syndicate deals every day).

I do not see any traction on this one.

If you're looking to connect with other probate niche investors in your geographic market, suggest you upgrade to Pro, use keywords and post in the geographic markets section.Also, sponsor or fi-sponsor a meetup or similar event which you'll be able to promote here on BP as a Pro account member and have more latitude to reach other members in the greater Phoenix/Tempe/Mesa as well as other AZ markets that you can pull from.Hope you get some traction.

My hope is that banks are still willing to work with a loan forbearance / restructuring to save the property and make it work for all concerned parties.Shawn - I'll certainly reach out and learn more about what you're doing once we have a little more traction under way.Thank you for your experience and insight.

Traction REIA is more like your typical REIA, typically selling a speakers products but like most REIAs can offer some helpful information and networking opportunities.  

They are great for traction when you are stuck.
