As an investor who has used simple 1031's for rental property exchanges, I wouldn't proceed without a thorough professional review and you will need a pretty specific profile of property you want to exchange into in order to plan out the whole transaction soup to nuts.

Kucy Ariyoshi I've done this before I visit soup kitchens to feed the homeless, and also I know many people in my school alone who aren't in the best situations ever, I'm just a lucky that I have a great family because there's so many people I know personally in my school who are poor and live in projects as well as many illegal immigrants who are struggling from my church that I go to.
