The entity protection and trusts helped in my case IMO.Yep, I have some too, now, but what has always saved me was being a step ahead and having a really bad *** attorney, he chews raw meat and picks his teeth with nails, his eyes get red and he spits on the floor at thier feet, then they usually just walk away.....lol!

Over the course of that year most of the faces had changed, but what hadn't changed was the place was still swarming with money hungry Realtors looking to sink their teeth into some of the investors. When it was "Networking time" I had to stop myself from laughing, when I found out these many of the realtors had been attending these meetings for the past year, and yet when I started talking to the investors there, most who met me said "I've been looking for someone like you, can I give you my number".

Okay here is the deal.I own 5 quad buildings. One was re-roofed 5 years ago and the other 3 just were re-roofed.That leaves me with one roof left.Standard quad building with a pitched roof. All materials are on site and the plywood is in good shape.New roof vents are there as well. All I am wanting a bid on is labor.Should be able to bang out in 2 days max.For the other 3 I used one of my contractors that lives in one of my units. The contractor however has issues and flip flops back and forth on things and it's like pulling teeth to move then along. This is a labor job and I am an investor so looking for a great price.I was just putting this out there on BP to see if a roofer wanted the work and the cash.I have a few others but wanted to see timeline and price. 4,700 sq ft building.
