Roofers in the Georgia area.Price to roof my building?

Okay here is the deal.I own 5 quad buildings.One was re-roofed 5 years ago and the other 3 just were re-roofed.

That leaves me with one roof left.

Standard quad building with a pitched roof.All materials are on site and the plywood is in good shape.New roof vents are there as well.

All I am wanting a bid on is labor.Should be able to bang out in 2 days max.

For the other 3 I used one of my contractors that lives in one of my units.The contractor however has issues and flip flops back and forth on things and it's like pulling teeth to move then along.

This is a labor job and I am an investor so looking for a great price.I was just putting this out there on BP to see if a roofer wanted the work and the cash.I have a few others but wanted to see timeline and price. 4,700 sq ft building.
