Upon entering the dilapidated shell-of-a-home that needs to be gutted and cleared of debris, I find 30 year old insulation covering the floor of each room, warped floors, no ceiling, a leaking roof, a destroyed kitchen and an owner attempting shop his home for the highest bidder to hopefully get ARV for his hunk of junk.What I'm finding is a common theme since full blocks are being bought out and the natives being forced out to make way for hipsters, swanky little coffee shops, and inflated real estate prices.

In mine, I've used a different USP and 'theme' to appeal to the owner's situation, always being sensitive to their situation and treating them with respect.Using this approach, I've bought and profited from many, many property deals.

If you do decide to build a site yourself you could save a lot of time by using Wordpress and a premium theme.  

It should have been part of the whole house theme prepared by the interior decorator.

Granted Competition is good for any business but when you have almost the same sign with almost the same theme or saying it deters the potential seller to looking elsewhere.

(LOL)My speculation: I know we have many investors with strong views concerning how they perceive their rights, it's a popular theme, that logic does not play in real estate or other areas of business.

Finally, I have done one deal with POL and in keeping with the theme, they too paid interest out as promised.

The company is a corporation with active status, no suspension or complaints with the State.
