Keeping my eye on the worst houses in the best neighbors that need some reno that I can turn into STRs or LTRs.

But new investors want that NET couple hundred bucks in month 1.  

@Shane Regnier I've flipped a bunch of houses in Ocala but have yet to dabble in the rental market. 

I own 4 STRs in Indy and have looked into the Nashville, IN market.

I have a 2/1 condo in Denver that has been harder to MTR but its not in the same area as yours.

My plan is to sell my primary home in New York and purchase a house to live in South Carolina.

I live in Raleigh and can tell you that the 40% was not all apple. 

I was looking for some advice (viable target areas in Cleveland or Ohio in general, financing options and credible PM/realtor contacts) from the experts here though especially if you are in a similar boat as mine (reside in Canada/Ontario area and invest in US).
