Hard money isn’t cheap, so bridging that with a seller carry might help you short-term, from what I’ve heared.

I think one of the older resorts that still do allow short-term (Airbnb rentals) would fit the bill.

As @Brett Synicky suggested, keep it simple, as a sole proprietorship.You are also not considering that you will have to pay $800 per year and per LLC to your greedy state.In short, get some professional advice instead of TikTok advice.

I am not necessarily that new in the Real Estate industry because I have a place in Tulum Mexico, Condo as a short term rental. 

I have a mix of long term rentals and short term rentals and I'm looking for something to help organize all of my expenses and more.

In short, yes PS can do everything DM can do and more.

It's disappointing that you can't make it work with short-term rentals, as that should be much easier.

Most of the bad noise right now is about downtown skyscrapers and REIT or Syndication apartment complexes where they played short term versus long term interest rates wrong.  

A short term CD or something like that.
