Out of state owner looking to sell home in Mesquite, TX (near corner of Ripplewood Dr. and Salerno Dr. for reference) for higher price through creative finance. 

I am a GC evaluating building 3 unit row homes on city owned lots.  Cost to build: $280-$300K, 10 year tax abatement from city.  Has anyone done this?  How did you finance? 

It dropped 1 3/4 inches of rain in 2 hours at the Bellingham airport and also closed a section of I5 up there for hours due to a landslide.We had one come through in 2022 that exposed serious issues and blockages in the drainage system for the house we bought in 2021.

@Joel Siguaw It is my opinion that starting out as a rookie trying to focus on Section 8 is difficult.
