I've heard rumors that individuals from the school boards are now going after people because the law only blocked the school board as a whole from going after people but any individual can challenge any property on an individual level. 

Be mindful of rumored grants towns or cities are trying to secure for community revitalization programs.

I have heard rumors of one local bank that will do a combo of purchase/rehab loan at a high-ish interest rate, which then converts to a mortage once all the rehab is complete.

Original price was 129,999 but there was alot of interest so we offered $140,000 and heard rumor that might not be good enough so we upped to 142,500.

I've heard rumor of one in Pueblo, but not sure yet.

Rumor has it (via extensive YouTube research last night) Austin, TX prices are starting to collapse.

A rumor I heard was wilkinsburg is trying to become part of pgh.

The amount that was rumored that Vacasa paid for this local company was substantial, especially when you consider it ended up being nothing more than a book of business. 

I know it might sound a bit unusual, but I've heard rumors about some savvy real estate investors or just a "Tic-Tok hype loophole lawyers" who claim you can take advantage of local regulations to save on property taxes by designating parts or the whole property as private burial grounds for their family or even as small cemeteries.
