At least 3 of the reviewers from 10 years ago posted once only ever, which seems to point to them being asked by Incite/Matt Scott to counter the negative review.

In our area, the housing authority does annual inspections to (mostly making sure the landlord is keeping up the units) review the tenant and the landlord. 

.: I haven't passed this past legal review so for what its worth: Part of my standard requirements for everyone include income is at least 3X rent, minimum credit score, say 640, Clean record and no evictions as well as deposit is paid in full at signing of lease and 1st month rent is paid in full prior to handing over the keys.

You can spend your time in worse ways, like watching some silly movie.

I understand that starting out, depending on how fast you want to build your portfolio, you could spend a lot of time at it.For those with established investment portfolios, how much time is required to maintain it?

So far, nothing.The point is that I believe people spend a lot of money, time, and effort protecting themselves against a non-existent threat.
