All my tenants just want the appliances to work, none have cared that the stove was white while the refrigerator was almond and/or the dishwasher was black.

I am thinking about adding a used refrigerator and washer/dryer to my empty unit.

Thoughts on Tragedy on Refrigerator Island?  

The pet hair gets sucked into the HVAC system and air ducts; it also accumulates under appliances such as refrigerators and stoves.  

We usually have to touch up the paint, as Michelle mentioned, and we always have a cleaning person go in and scrub down the whole place, including the inside of the refrigerator and stove and wipe down the cabinets.

Oh I forgot to mention, I now have to plug my refrigerator up using an extension cord because the outlet behind the fridge is not working.

He kept dragging his feet on meetings and just topping it off with more refrigerant.

Unless the refrigerator is some kind of high-end special order, 10+ days is an unreasonable amount of time for a tenant to wait.

A retractable side vent beside the stove (not very effective) 4. we also need space for a refrigerator.
