It’s not going to be high volume that wholesaling implies.If you’re familiar with the real estate economic cycle, you’ll recall that the period following a rapid period of price inflation leads to a flat period (stagflation - rising interest and flattening sales). 

I’ve not had many “bad” tenants but the ones I’ve had were not screened properly and obviously were just moved in to rapidly fill vacancies.

If income grows faster than rent then the home appreciation can still accelarate rapidly especially when city inventory is reducing....Also the very basic component of home appreciation is money being circulated and not primarily the income in that area.

We certainly made that mistake, with both listing-level and group-level customizations.Or there might be some other sensitivity settings you could use, e.g. the weight of local hotels in the algorithm (the default is super low, but in some markets, that's what you want to align to).We've been using PL 4 years now, and it's still a learning curve (and I say that as someone that's spoken in a webinar on behalf of Pricelabs on revenue management strategy).
