If you have steam radiators and you want to put a new combination hot water heater/boiler in every unit, you also need to remove the steam radiators and put in hot water radiators. with the combo unit now you need to remove the hot water heaters from each space or is it fed from a centralized plant.

This would save me over $10K a year.With the mismanagement we are just at break even (and need to do $6K+ to turn two units and about $24K to replace very old radiators in the near future putting us underwater again).Thank You,Kat

I'd suggest you install those in living areas in order to monitor your radon mitigation system(s).Do your own research... but I believe radiation like that has a cumulative effect.
