I would get started browsing the forums, watching the podcasts, and reading the books. 

I'm browsing in the area and can't seem to find any via Google. 

Their lending or credit profiles may be totally different than yours. 

If you are looking to get hired in a corporate job, MBA is almost a requirement, but if you choose to work for yourself as an investor/agent there's really no need for it other than it looks good on your profile/resume.

Look for listings with at least 40 reviews, look at the host profiles and find someone with multiple listings.

The only legit reason is if they use educating and mentoring others to raise their connectivity, presence and profile.
