Correct me if im wrong.I was considering using anderson business advisors to set things up for me, meaning LLCs etc to play smoke and mirrors to a tune of $15k and thought that was insane to pay. 

The challenge was separating business from personal relationship.

Or should I get a private mailbox in Oregon and use that?

Is there a point of contact person/business that handles all home investor concerns (general contractor, engineer, etc.)

As small businesses, securing funding can be a real challenge.
