New member here, actually I come all the time to read articles or when I need information on some markets and stuff but I decided to register as a member to become more active and also because I have a question about the independence area in Missouri, to be more precise, the Bristol and Procter neighborhoods.My business partner and I live in California and we recently were talking about making some investment in Missouri so after some research I found a couple houses that I might be interested in, one in Bristol and the other one in Procter so because we have actually never been there and we know nothing about the area I was looking for some information on those two neighbors, any information good or bad is highly appreciated.

It's impossible to advise you precisely on your property without looking at all the circumstances - usage, available roof space, local codes, single or multiple meters, how the property is owned, etc.Flat roofs are no problem other than how they are coated.
