Independence, Missouri, Bristol/Procter area

New member here, actually I come all the time to read articles or when I need information on some markets and stuff but I decided to register as a member to become more active and also because I have a question about the independence area in Missouri, to be more precise, the Bristol and Procter neighborhoods.

My business partner and I live in California and we recently were talking about making some investment in Missouri so after some research I found a couple houses that I might be interested in, one in Bristol and the other one in Procter so because we have actually never been there and we know nothing about the area I was looking for some information on those two neighbors, any information good or bad is highly appreciated.
