I have another STR a few hundred feet away, and I've found that listing one with Evolve gets me a ton of VRBO people and the one I manage alone brings me a lot from AirBNB.The highest praise I can give Evolve is that they hooked me up with an excellent cleaner who knew the game and was ready to work.

I have posted on 3 Detroit forums in the last 12 months - not sure, but I am going to take a swing and guess there were over 100 in that time span.First post - Yesterday's post was to praise young investors for having a positive attitude.

Chicago title is one of the toughest and tells their title companies "do not insure tax sales without our approval" So I thought that was high praise for Scott.

I'm a wannabe wholesaler and now I see it is frowned upon and at the same time praised.

On one of my forums, a landlord sang the praises of an Amcrest Security camera he picked up at Home Depot. 

In addition employers are practically forced to treat them like children in having to continually give them encouraging reviews, mentorship and praise to keep them working. 

I've had many professional garage door repair guys praise the stuff.  

Jon and Tod-In my post I never vouch for any turnkey company nor praised any of them either.
