Is a movie theater wrong for withholding the information that is within the movies they are showing?

Paranormal activity is the direct result of a huge marketing ploy to get people to watch/buy movies and buy Halloween costumes and candy.

@Brian Gibbons"Attack of the Gurus" is to be a fictional movie of what happens to RE investors following systems and creative methods as their accountants inform them of their tax liabilities of thousands of dollars when they have not received their money yet.
