My plan is to develop five 1,200 SF units, allowing tenants to lease multiple units if they require more space.Recently, a 62,000 SF medical building from a Reputed Hospital Name opened directly across the property, which reinforced my belief that a medical office setup would be a strong fit for this location.

All the tenants are recruited by the previous seller, so I don't know their credits and don't know their personalities.

Is a retail bank branch the type of NNN tenant I would personally be excited to have as a tenant?

@John Friendas To keep the mortgage off your DTI, your partner can apply for the loan in their name while the property is held under your LLC.

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.
