Persistence is key :) Located 10 minutes south from downtown. 

I give you 5-stars not just for your follow-up and persistence but in gut instinct sniffing out that something wasn't right, instinct like that can not be taught, kudos to you.  

Persistence, sweat equity, patience with the city department, and hard work does pay off.

But be persistent, patient, and just stay in the game, and stay encouraged.  

My Team knows what I want to accomplish (because I told them), so there's nowhere for me to hide from their frequent, persistent check-ins to ensure I'm making progress.And that's only fair, because that's exactly what I'm going to do to/for them with regard to their goals!

I have had some difficulty reaching him but I'll persist.

But if I don't get too depressed and if I'm persistent, I may find another way someday.
