(IMO from what I've found here and other forums).Let's put it this way, one of my crown jewels of a deal was done by knowing survey requirements that I could peel off existing houses that were on one plat that could be divided on thier own lots.

Or even during the summer in especially hot climates (working on clay and tile roofs in Phoenix, for example).As an example, I spent the winter working on a project up north, where part of the buyer's lender's conditions for sale was that the house needed to be painted (it had really bad peeling paint), but the temperatures didn't get above 50 degrees for about three months, and paint won't stick in cold temperatures.

Before you start work in the basement, I'd suggest you turn off the hvac & mask any vents to the basement area.

If the space rent alone is $250 then I would say a quick and dirty valuation is 7 X $250 x 60 = $105,000 but you still need to peel back the onion.

Since there is no playbook for a pandemic , I went to my crystal ball , and all it said was " Put a mask on and get 6 ft away " You can speculate , guess , predict and who knows , especially with the election coming up .
