If there is an overlap, you can always present the bill to the tenants and ask them to pay their portion or take it off their security deposit at the end. 

There's a lot of overlap the ones you set for yourself, and the ones I had before I retired from the Air Force (also in IT).

You need the wrap and a weep screed on the bottom for  moisture control and it needs to be layered a specific way with overlap.

I usually see a division/overlap in roles between sourcing, operations and equity between two more people.

What happens when you can't make schedules work, or you end up stretching out the scheduled showing to that famous "later date", or when (this is pretty common) you have to keep making trips out to do showings only to end up with no shows. late shows, or overlapping shows?

While there is some overlap between system use and longevity, its not the whole story.

Now, hopefully there's some overlap and if your lucky there's a place you know (well) or want to get to know well and it fits your budget.

hmmmm...guess I might learn something in this thread...the padded underlayment I always use has a flap of plastic that overlaps with adhesive to the next strip of underlayment (approx 2 inches or so)....maybe not a PERFECT seal, but surely the contractors see this as sufficient. 

One thing to make sure, collect overlapping payments, for example she paid for a year from dec 2017 to dec 2018 , collect the rent for January 2019 in dec 2018.
