This is a great business if you have the nerves to over come the tough days.

The best way to overcome inaction is to take action.

Talk about a challenge ^^ But our group members, with the help of BiggerPockets, are overcoming those obstacles.#2 - You Don't Need to Just Buy a Property to Be Involved in Real EstateI've said this before in my other posts, but my experience have helped drill home this one very important point - If you don't have money or experience and you want to get involved in real estate, find a way to GIVE VALUE to others.

I think like most things in life, if you can overcome your apprehension and fear of trying it, get out of your own way, and give it a try - pretty much anything is possible. 

He has been able to push past that though and create an incredible business for himself.You may hit some barriers with your age, but they can be overcome.  

. - Recognize there is always some measure of risk and be ok with that (by making sure you are not risking EVERYTHING and then have a just-in-case plan)- Know my own strengths and weaknesses- Overcome weaknesses by putting myself in uncomfortable situations that force me to perform or sink.

Anyone run into this problem and how did you overcome it?

Until these three issues are overcome millennials will be hard pressed to emulate the level of home buying of previous generations.  

The hardest item to overcome though is pollution and toxic waste remediation.

Im not sure what would benifit me the most right now since im just starting out. is there any specific questions that a veteran investor would ask if you were in my position. im trying to find some help so i feel more confident in myself when i get there and dont sound like i dont know anything. i have been reading books on rental properties also read the art of war and im ready to overcome my fears and jump in.
