If your location has restrictions against Airbnb or rentals less than 30 days; I would look in to traveling nurses who want furnished rentals for several weeks.

Charges about 13% and doesn't get me any bookings unless I lower my price below airbnb prices.CBHO no personal experience but I've heard they charge a lot up front and don't deliver results.Furnished Finder - good if you have affordable housing for traveling nurses.

She is a nurse.

After getting my licenses as a Nurse my pay is stable and i should easily clear 55k this year based on the hours and pay i am currently being payed at my hospital job. 

I should have my Agile Certified Practitioner certification by the end of July.The next steps for me are to find my next deal and really what I consider my first deal as it will be purely from an investing standpoint.

I could easily ask our patients those questions and visit the rehab clinic on lunch- maybe even talk to some of the nurses.

You could rent it out for $1700/mo with traveling nurses. 

There are lots of nursing jobs available.
