You seem to have a lot of competition in your field, but you keep plugging along.I've bought numerous homes on the private market, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I keep hearing how people are cost segregating, but I have pushed my accountant numerous times on this and he just saying that if we did the cost seg, all of that depreciation would just go into a reserve that would then be applied when we sell the home.

But it could be numerous reasons...

This past year there have been numerous disagreements, arguments, difference of thinking, etc which drove us to wanting out.

I've bought numerous properties with none of my own money - but you have to work to find these deals and make a lot of offers, and hear a lot of no's.

By state law we had to do a lot of asbestos testing, and I ended up getting asbestos training.I was told that some drywall as late as mid 1980s had asbestos, so we took numerous random samples, but found none.
