We are not finding the answers we seek on the exact best way to set up the accounting side of things, a couple gaps in the flow from adding inventory items on a Work Order to the billing phase, etc.

I do have great cleaners and they will drop items off or handle some small items (for a charge). luckily that doesnt happen that often.

It is "possible" to apply classes to almost all of these items but since we have chart of accounts for different buildings even within an entity our chart would look crazy.

Hopefully, your lease says the tenants cannot modify the property without your permission.Some of the other items could be ordinary maintenance requests or something you are just stuck with.
