This bill that would hugely increase property taxes for STRs (after they just took a massive jump for all residential properties) just passed committee and is headed for the legislature. 

Currently, I am not in a massive rush to get a loan on this property, but I would jump on it if interest rate were low.

My husband and I are doing this work ourselves and we just poured the concrete last weekend.

Pulling of your money out is considered a home run as this market is on a massive growth trend, but you can get base hits all day here in Columbus.

My wife has been begging me to look into STRs and I have stayed away mainly because I know and understand true long term rentals best.Our plan this year is to double our income and continue living on the previous budget so we can make a massive splash with acquisitions this year.
