After you’re under contract, there are only a couple property visits (appraiser, inspector, any repairs verification, and final walk through) that will disrupt the person during the last 20-60 days if the buyer is getting financed.Don’t limit your buyer pool unnecessarily (though your best buyer will usually show up in the first 3 weeks).
