While my 9-5, (I work in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry), is my steady paycheck, it's time to get out of the rat race.

I’m not sure what your living situation is, for me it was just my wife and I, so we put a lock on our bedroom and we were off to the races.

When you learn enough you will start to see ways to make money and then its off to the races. 

Working for someone else and in the rat race...Growing up I’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur and the more I’ve learned about real estate through books, classes, and podcast I think real estate is the is the direction I’d like to go with my entrepreneurial mind.

While this allowed me to self-fund my education, it didn't provide me with the passive income stream necessary to exit the 'rat race' which is why I'm here today. 

@Chris Clothier  Still running averaging now less than 6  miles a day took second in a big local race (first time ever ).

So, maybe I put the cart before the horse but I found a property owner that is looking to offload their property at a nice price that will allow for either a reno flip or wholesale.

If that were the case then it would create a race to the bottom of who could sell first, Especially with prices out here being inflated.

I'm planning a bachelor party for a very good friend of mine, and it's going to revolve around the AMA Supercross race held at the Gilette stadium. 

Investment goals: My goals are to sustain my lifestyle.I love to farm,but farming does not pay the bills.so, I would like to have enough rental properties to get out of the rat race and farm!
